Responsibilities:
TEACHING: Teaching and development of undergraduate courses in packaging operations of agricultural products, food packaging, packaging dynamics, packaging systems and testing. Teaching and developing graduate courses in converting technology in packaging, permeability and products’ shelf life, instrumental analysis of packaging materials, and shock and vibration.
