Past Responsibilities at MSU:
TEACHING: Teaching and course development in undergraduate courses covering packaging dynamics, machinery, robotics, materials and systems. Graduate course teaching and developing in dynamics and packaging systems.
RESEARCH: Proposal and budget preparation for projects related to product protection, cushion design, environmental measurement of dynamic forces and simulation, packaging machinery and systems interaction, high speed motion analysis and robotics. Management of shock and vibration testing laboratory. Planning and management of various jointly industry funded research projects in Distribution Packaging.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS: Developing teaching and research programs in packaging and transportation in Asia, Europe, Central and South America pacific Rim and Australia. Provide technical guidance and consultancy in international packaging operations of various companies and institutes.
